Introducing Chef Alex and Sous-Chef Sayuth
Partners in the kitchen for long time, they joined hands together to create the new “a la carte” experience at Aquation Restaurant; a cuisine blend of Cantonese and Cambodian inspirations, celebrating their own cultures.
Alex was born in Kuala Lumpur and worked in fine dining cuisines all around Southeast Asia, while Sayuth was born in the Kandal Province of Cambodia and worked over 12 years in the finest restaurants in Cambodia.
Aquation Restaurant’s menu is their first signature creation as a team. They’ll be happy to take care of your next business luncheon.
